Artists are contributors to the wellbeing of their communities. Their works give pleasure, are inspiring, promote thought and reflection, instill pride, and art can ultimately evoke enlightened awareness in individuals and communities.

It is the goal of the Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center to introduce our community of diverse and accomplished artists to our diverse and remarkable communities.

We hope the Arts Center is where exhibits and performances result in aesthetic experiences and stimulating dialogues that enliven, educate and broaden appreciation for the many ways our artists are enriching our lives.
